Volunteer Opportunities As Peaceful Mountain Horse Rescue, Inc., continues to grow, volunteers are crucial to our success.  Please browse the Volunteer opportunities below and, if interested, please feel free to send us an email.  Please note that we don't require a minimum of hours to be a volunteer.  Even if you can only spare one or two hours a week, we welcome your willingness to help us help horses in need. We are receiving a lot of offers to volunteer to help with the horses' care, but what we really need is help in the areas listed below.  GRANT WRITER An experienced Grant Writer is needed to assist in providing financial support to Peaceful Mountain.  For this position, a minimum of two (2) years as a successful grant writer is required.  HORSE TRAINER A minimum of three (3) years experience working and training horses is required for this position.  The ideal candidate will be able to provide a minimum of 2 hours per week training and exercising the horses.
